		<description>One other suggestion that works in my marriage is we both have our own hobbies.  We also have a few hobbies in common.  But having the ability to do my own thing with his total support is great.</description>

		<description>It sounds like you&#039;ve found a wonderful relationship, and it&#039;s great that you&#039;re able to share with the rest of us what has worked for you.

I&#039;m still relatively newly married, so I can&#039;t offer much insight (yet), but trust and respect have been our bedrock. Like you and Thor, we have shared values and goals, but they do differ sometimes.  

Since we trust and respect each other, those differences don&#039;t become wedges. They&#039;re just another reason to love each other.

I 100 percent agree with you  on finances. The conversation needs to be always open, two-sided, and shared purposefully.</description>
